Built in the 1920s, it is 120m2 and composed of a bedroom, a study, a large living room, a storage room, a kitchen, a bathroom and three balconies. It is on the second floor of a hill rising over the Medina of Tunis and facing a hill atop which perches a Sufi shrine. Easily accessible from the center on foot and exquisitely quiet. For winter heating, it possesses a gas-powered central unit in the hall and plug-in mobile electrical bodies. For the summer, there are two a/c units: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. You have access to the whole house, including the storeroom.
