Beach Apartment in Santa Severa near Rome

The apartment newely renovated is distributed on two floors 1st floor and attic. For access there is an external staircase going from the garden to the first floor and an internal staircase to reach the attic floor. On lower floor there is the living room with A/C, kitchen, large fridge, dishwashers, a double room and main bathroom and terrace where you can eat. On the upper floor there is a large room with 3 beds, another bathroom, and other small balcony. Private parking is available. The location is perfect to spend a relaxing period on the beach and as statring place for trips to Tuscany, to Rome (that you can also reach with train) and for archeological trips to various Etrusc fascinating ruins (Necropoli di Tarquinia, Cerveteri and others). In the same town of Santa Severa there is also a beutiful castle to visit with Archeological museums. Surfing is also popular in Santa Severa when whether conditions allow. Nearby our apartment there are a spots of savage beaches appreciated birdwatching and naturalist photographers. Breathtaking sunsets at the beach are guaranteed ! It is more convenient to use a car for transportation because public transports are not too relayable.
