We are here to advise and assist you during your stay. Welcome to Koksijde, St-idesbald and Oostduinkerke. We have a 24-hour emergency service for urgent repairs (no heating, no hot water, no electricity, blockage or leak). You can reach us every day via email between 9 am and 5 pm for normal questions. On Wednesdays and Sundays and public holidays, you can only reach us by telephone via the emergency service. Not included: Bed and bath linen. You can book linen until 3 days before arrival. Prices on request (guide price €16/1 pers bed, €22 / 2 pers bed, €9 per towel pack) Included: From 10/1/2022 energy and water consumption is included in the price Final cleaning is obligatory and the price will be added during the booking procedure Arrival between 15h and 18h Mon/Thu/Fri, on Tuesday and saterday until 17h. Keys can be obtained after 6pm (or 5pm) by prior arrangement and only if everything has been paid for in advance (including bed linen). No arrival possible on Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays! Departure is at 10 a.m. Leaving later (and arriving earlier than 3 p.m.) is not possible because the house is cleaned between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
