Hot Tub Usage The hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled for every guest. We follow guidelines for hot tubs used in holiday accommodation. Due to this, bookings which have a same day changeover, the water temperature may not be up to a comfortable temperature on the evening of your arrival. The hot tub is used at your own risk and children should be supervised at all times when they are around it. We try to get the temperature started as much as possible by adding a mixture of hot and cold water. The control panel to the hot tub is set to lock to prevent any settings accidentally being changed. This is to ensure it runs efficiently and keeps up to temperature during your stay. We will not be held responsible for temperature issues cause by guests adjusting settings. Please do not run the bubbles for a long period of time. When the bubbles are on, the hot tub stops heating. Please ensure the lid is kept on and locked at all times it isn’t in use, this keeps the hot tub hot and prevents debris from entering the spa. The air does cool the water so please do not leave the lid off for long periods of time. There is a Swimming Pool, Gym, Spa, Restaurant and Bar on the park. Full use of the leisure facilities is payable locally. There is no on site shop/supermarket so please make sure you have essentials with you however under a two mile distance there is the small town of Carnforth where you have easy access to local amenities including a Tesco, Booths and Aldi as well as a local pub and train station. It is advisable to have access to a car whilst you are visiting. HEATING The heating is set on a timer. The control panel is situated near the living room door. The heating is run by a thermostat and will heat until it has reached its desired temperature. The radiators will not be constantly on.
