This charming cottage is located less than 1 mile from Morfa Nefyn beach, the famous Ty Coch pub and Nefyn Golf club. In the village we also have a shop/Butcher and Excellent Restaurants. In the lounge area, we have a gas fire in a large inglenook fireplace which makes a great setting for cosy nights in. There are plenty of blankets and cushions for snuggling up and there is also central heating throughout the home. The lounge area also has a fold out sofa bed. In the large open plan kitchen area is a large acacia table great for entertaining, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, 4 hobs, grill, washing machine and dryer all appliances and TV's are brand new this year. The Master bedroom is to be found through a small corridor off the Lounge area. The ensuite has a massage shower with settings to sooth your bac after a long day walking. Towels and all bedding are provided. Upstairs you will find the second bedroom and bathroom, the bedroom can currently sleep 3 people, two very sturdy single beds and one fold out steel frame bed ideally for children but I have slept on it myself. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink, it is large and great for bathing children. Please be aware that the upstairs space has low ceilings. Outside - We have parking for approximately 3 cars, and a large tiered garden to the rear with nice views. This area is secluded and is great for BBQ's and sunbathing, as it is a real sun-trap! Highchair and travel cot are also provided. Treat it as your home. We prefer the Hands off approach. Keys will be waiting for you and we will just let you get on with your holiday, unless you need us you won't see us. Beautiful setting on the Llyn peninsular. Close to all amenities. Great for walking, sight seeing and exploring. The popular Ship Inn restaurant is next door to the property, also a local butchers and shop in the village. Nearby is Nefyn golf course and the stunning Porthdinllaen beach, the perfect setting for the popular Ty Coch Inn (approx 1 mile walk from the property, across a field and the golf course). The Cliffs Inn has a beautiful setting overlooking Morfa Nefyn beach and is within walking distance from the property (under 1 mile). The market town of Pwllheli is only a 15 minute drive away (8 miles) and the popular resort of Abersoch is 12 miles away.
