This is a newly refurbished down stairs en-suite bedroom in the original farm house on a working small holding overlooking Dartmoor. Breakfast is served in the family kitchen but tea and coffee facilities are provided in the room. Guests have easy access via the front door of the property with adjacent parking. We think you will like this spacious newly refurbished room - formerly the kitchen and utility area. It is warm and peaceful with lovely views over the gardens. We live on site and are available at most times to ensure you have a comfortable stay We are in an elevated position facing west over spectacular Dartmoor and just a few minutes off the A38 which is the main road to the South West and only 30 minutes from Cornwall. There is a good bus route to Totnes, Plymouth and beyond only 5 minutes walk down the road. The village of South Brent is only 5 minuteds drive away with good amenities and a Co-op for provisions. Walking in the local area is varied and delightful in all weathers if you are properly dressed. We are spoiled for many different restaurants locally.
