- relax in tranquility! - set in the grounds of a 12 acre mansion house - stunning views of Teifi valley - secluded but only 1/2 a mile to Llandysul village - all local amenities & Llandysul Paddlers water sports for adults & kids. - dog-friendly beaches within a short drive: e.g. New Quay, Llangrannog, Poppit Sands, Mwnt, Aberporth - surfing, dolphin trips, walking, coastal paths, hiking, biking & more. - Cardigan & Newcastle Emlyn towns a short drive away. - castles, harbours, falls, lakes - Sleeps up to 4 people. - One bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. - Double sofa bed in the lounge. - Private entrance and self-contained. - contactless check-in - safe key box with key code - Kitchen has all essential equipment. Including oven with grill and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle. - Comfortable dining area for 4 people to relax and enjoy meals together. - Lounge offers a comfortable 'L' shaped sofa with seating for up to 4 people, nest of tables, TV with DVD player - Private bathroom (not shared) with invigorating power shower, sink and toilet - South-facing private secure garden with large decking area and garden furniture. Fire pit available - Large paddock opposite the cottage to let your dog run free and the children to play. Or to enjoy a secluded, romantic picnic for two :) Plenty of free parking on site and in the village. The village is a short walk away or 2 minute drive if you prefer. Public transport is limited but there are taxi's available. If you wish to explore the countryside and go sightseeing a car is required. I find guests prefer to have a contactless check-in and settle in. I do like to welcome my guests personally so will pop in once you’ve had time to settle in just to check all is ok. If you would prefer me not to greet you personally and communicate via air bnb messaging service or text message I will respect your wishes, not a problem :) A car is essential for travelling around especially if you are sightseeing. There is a mixture of free and paid parking depending on where you visit. The cottage has a private entrance and is self-contained. It offers a home from home accommodation for you to relax in comfort.
