Private & Cozy Room for 2 friends - The Mini Room

The house is located on the hills of Banyalbufar - an ideal starting point for hiking, trekking, fishing and diving. The property boasts amazing views of the Mediterranean sea and the Serra de Tramuntana Mountain range, which in June 2011 was listed by UNESCO as an area of great Physical and Cultural significance. My house is an excellent destination for both relaxed and adventure holidays. The friendly welcome, comfortable rooms and stunning views will ensure a memorable stay. Wi-Fi - free. The place is, as you see in photos: AMAZING!!!!. No Pubs, no disco, no night life. The clock of the church starts ringing bells at 9:00 a.m. and finishes at 9:00 p.m. Before and after, guests are resting :) Several mountain trails start next to the house. Once you are here, let me know if you need a tip. Kitchen: (35 m2). Guests may use the refrigerator for their own food or drinks. The use of the kitchen for cooking is part of my hospitalit, free of charge and my guests do not have to pay extra for it. Just share with other guests and myself. Every thing you may need for cooking must be provided by yourself. If you forgot to buy something, just ask me (Toni), I live in the house. Panoramic Terraces: The main terrace of the house (approx. 200 m2) has terrace furniture and umbrella when needed. The views are spectacular, the sea, mountains and the pretty village of Banyalbufar. A perfect place for breakfast, sunbathing during the day or enjoy a glass of wine late into the night. IMPORTANT: My house is published as "Bed and Breakfast" because there is no option for "Private house renting rooms". The prices you get do NOT include breakfast but, you can use the kitchen of the house as part of my hospitality without extra charges. The BATHROOM offered for Lara's room, in NOT PRIVATE, must be shared with 1 other room and myself. I live in the house so, you can find me whenever you need me (almost). If you need some information or, you need something, please, just let me know. I am not a Hotel or Hostel, let's spend a nice and friendly holidays together. Sorroundings: Nature, some more nature and, 1 km. far away more nature. The village: 1 bakery with bread, cakes and some basic things to eat and drink. If you go to the bakery and nobody is there, wait a few minutes, sooner or later someone will come. 9 restaurants march to october. There are 8 buses per day coming and going to Palma town on working days. Holidays and week-ends, only 4 buses. There is a public parking just above the house. It is free since November to the enf of February (perhaps March). At night is always free. My guests use to leave the place before the payment time starts, smarty guys :) You also can park the car for free in the road next to the house but, it's not needed. You will find your room, linen and towels clean at your arrival. There are no hotel services but, if you need some cleaning, just ask for it. No extra charges. There is a dog in the property. Her name is Luna and she is extremely friendly and gentle with the persons. If you don't like dogs, PLEASE, do not book a room in my house.
