Wing in XVth century manor

Belle Fontaine was built around the year 1500 as part of the domain of the castle of La Roche Jagu (3km). The main house and the rented wing form an L-shaped building enclosing a garden, surrounded by orchards, fields, a small pond and woods. The wing can accommodate 5 to 7 people and consists of : - a bedroom (15 m²) with double bed and on-suite bathroom and toilet - a bedroom (25 m²) with 2 twin beds, a single bed and on-suite shower and toilet - a shower and toilet - kitchen equipped with electric stove and oven, micro-wave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee-maker, ... - living room/dining room with 3-person convertible bed to accommodate 2 extra people Sheets and towels are provided. A fold-out baby bed, high chair and stroller are available on request. Canadian-French family. We live in the manor and speak English, French and German. The town of Pontrieux is 2 km away with its pretty streets, shops, restaurants, cafés on the port and marina. Nearby activities include the canoe-kayak club in Pontrieux, fishing and boat trips on the Trieux and hiking along the Trieux river (GR34A) and to the Roche-Jagu Castle. We also recommend trips to the Sillon de Talbert and the medieval town of Tréguier. The train station of Pontrieux is 2 km away. To visit the region, it is recommended to have a car (or be an determined cyclist). Families with small children must be aware that we have 2 small ponds and a well.
