Private room with 55" Smart TV in downtown Malmö

One private room in a cosy, spacious and fresh apartment located at the heart of Malmö City. My home is a 3 bedroom apartment of 104 square meters and offers everything necessary for your stay. With walking distance to Malmö Centralstation, restaurants, nightlife, beautiful surroundings and bike/car rentals. You will have your own private room on the third floor while sharing two bathrooms and kitchen together with me and my two children of age 14 and 15. Your room: King sized bed and blackout curtains to keep the light out when desired. 55” TV with Netflix and Viaplay, nightstand with available outlets close by to charge your phone/computer, drawer to store your clothes. The room is located to the backside of the apartmentbuilding so there are no streets with traffic outside your window which makes the room very peacefull and quiet without any outside disturbance. Washing machine is available in the large bathroom when needed. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender, sodastream, coffeemashine etc. Free WIFI is available of course! Kitchen, toilet and bathroom. As your host I am available for answering any of your questions and/or concerns. If you need any suggestions about what to do or how to get by in Malmö City I will gladly help you. I’m a very open, friendly and social person who enjoys spending some time with my guests. But as a mother of two and being busy with studying and working I do however appreciate privacy and also peace and quiet. The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet even though it’s so close to the city center. The apartment is located approximatley 10 min walking distance from Malmö Centralstation. Kungsparken and Rörsjöparken is close by if you want to enjoy a walk with green surroundings. The Museum of modern Art is located just some hundred meters down the street. If you need to buy groceries, the local supermarket ICA and Lidl is also right down the street with great opening hours. It’s located inside a minor shopping mall where there’s some others stores and a foodcourt. I have a membership at Malmöbybike that can be used free of charge during your stay. My check in time is flexible, meaning that it doesnt have to be on a specific time. As long as I’m home you can check in. But sometimes I’m at work or I’m busy doing something that makes it impossible for me to meet your preferences for checking in. Please have understanding for this and lets try to make an arrangement about the check in that suits everybody.
