Le Verger is newly renovated Gite with Shared Pool

sitting on 10 acres of private grounds consisting of gardens, orchards and woodland with a magnificent fully stocked carp / course fishing lake. Take advantage of the tranquil setting and observe an abundance of wildlife. Fulfill your interests in ornithology and insects or take a ramble along one of the many pathways. The area is also popular with cyclists and has a variety of routes available. Le Verger has been transformed into a high end specification, 2-bedroomed family holiday home and is fully equipped with everything you need to truly call the house a 'home from home'. Both bedrooms are en-suited, one double with z bed and one twin with added single or cot upon request. The large living space comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with a double sofa bed and ample seating for all. All our guests have access to all 10 acres and use of the lake. We have no restrictions on hours of use to the grounds or Gite. The newly constructed swimming pool will be open from May/ June 2017. I live on site and am always available to make my guest stay as comfortable as possible. In the event of any special requirements or additional needs I will endeavour to please. The region offers fantastic chateaux, shopping, interesting museums, impressive golf courses and stunning scenery all around. Le Verger at La Cerniére is situated on the edge of Dénézé sous Le Lude, near to the Abbaye de la Boissiére. This sleepy backwater is between Le Lude and Noyant in the Loire Valley. We have free parking on site in a secure parking area in front of the Gite. We are pet friendly here at La Cerniére as we have two friendly female dogs at our home on site. Please advise us if you intend to bring your family pet along with you so we can be prepared. All bed linen and towels are supplied in both accommodations. A further single bed or travel cot can be supplied upon request.
