Lavender Cottage Blue Goose Holidays.

Our cottages Pears and Lavender are located just 2 minutes walk from the centre of our fantastic village of Beckington. The house looks over fields and countryside yet we are only 12 miles from Bath and 3 miles from the very cool town of Frome. We have a farm shop and cafe right on your door step as well as 2 great pubs. all perfect for your stay so you can enjoy country walks, log fires and we welcome well behaved dogs. Lavender cottage has 3 bedrooms and the 2nd bedroom has the option to be a large king size bed or 2 singles. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and there is a family bathroom for the 2nd bedroom to use. We have a bedroom downstairs which has a single bed and is opposite a bathroom which also has a shower. Lavender cottage has a garden which opens out to the fields and walks in the country side, It is very suitable for dogs and We live on the property and we too have two labs called Vinnie and Maisey. They like to come over and say hello. We are really happy to recommend walks, restaurants and things to do in the area so are very happy for you to come and knock on our door as we live on the property. Beckington village is very close to both Bath and Frome which are a must whilst you are staying with us. There is so much to do in the area and in your cottage is a black book with lots of recommendations for an enjoyable stay. We are very lucky to be very near the NEWT which is amazing, it is a must if you have the time to spend the time exploring the gardens. The cottages look over our pond which is not enclosed. Guest with dogs and children must take responsibility and not leave children or dogs unattended. at anytime.
