This 1930s colonial home is in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Cleveland Heights. This space is great for an extended stay or a quick weekend in town. We feature self-check-in, free parking in the driveway, reliable Wi-Fi, and a surveillance security system for your peace of mind. The photos highlight the private bedroom space that is available for reservation. The guest room is one of three bedrooms on the second floor. The bathroom is also located down the hall on the second floor and is designated for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and spices which are all available for the use of our guests. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. Towels and additional personal amenities (soap, lotion, etc.) are provided for guest use. Fast wi-fi access, Roku (inclusive of Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, Amazon Prime, and Sling) and Alexa are available for guests to use. Guests will receive a key to keep their room locked. Washer/Dryer are located in the basement and are available by request. A small fee may apply for the use of the washer/dryer and is dependent on the length of stay. Entry to the house is through the rear side-door. Guests are provided access to self-check-in. Guests are welcome to share all common areas throughout the first floor of the house (kitchen and living room) and the backyard. Guests are encouraged to request the use of the laundry facilities and garage space. Garage parking is available for a small fee. Guests should not attempt to gain access to any other bedroom or locked door. Guests will be provided with as much or as little interaction as they would like. We are also near University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic. A car is recommended for extensive travel throughout the city. We are located within walking distance (1-2 blocks) of RTA bus stops for Routes 9 and 41-41F. For rapid rail lines (Red Line) we are approx. 2 miles from Stokes-Windermere Station and 3.5 miles from Little Italy-University Circle Station. Parties/Social Gathering/Additional Guests: We DO NOT allow for guests to have parties and DO NOT allow unregistered guests on the property without prior approval. Bathrooms: During the stay, guests may use their designated bathroom on the second floor. The first-floor bathroom (near the the kitchen) is a shared bathroom. Parking: DO NOT park on the street between the hours of 1am - 6am. You will receive a ticket. We provide private driveway parking and garage parking can be made available for a small fee. Pets: We DO NOT allow cats on the property. All dogs must be spayed or neutered and must be secured in a crate or cage if you are not present. We DO NOT provide crates or cages. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside in the rear or on the front porch. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
