A second-floor haunted oasis located in the historical village of Lansingburgh. (House is 3-5 min drive to Downtown Troy.) Great film location. Our original family home of six generations is filled with spooky charm. If you like historical, original hardwood floors and positive fun vibes everywhere, come hangout and enjoy this awesome house sized playground. Past guest include Valley Cats Baseball Coaches, Actor, Chazz Palminteri, Zucchero, Paranormal Investigations, and on location filming. Located in the heart of historical Lansingburgh. Don’t worry, our ghosts are harmless; you probably won’t see them, although some visitors swear they exists! The Haunted Bedroom features a queen-size bed and community area, and is the second largest bedrooms available in the house. It features a full shower bath, and also offer immediate access to the third-floor attic. I love community setups so this place is meant to share with other guest. It's large open spaces invite conversation as much as it does "doing your own thing" in one of the many chill areas. There is a huge open living room, kitchen and the room you're staying in has its own vibe, contemplation-hangout spot. If guests are not booked in the Whimsical Bedroom you will have the entire space to yourself! Our service dogs (Chloe & Valentino) will great you with a protective yelp, wagging their happy tails as a warm embrace. Our house is furnished with our extensive treasured collections we’ve acquired in over years of travel and generations. Oh, and a little bit about us: Michele Bell is an author, healing retreat specialist and (By Appointment Only) Real Estate Broker. Renzo is a retired master mentalist, entertainer, and magnificent host when Michele is not home! Guests will have a private bed and bath, and access to the community rooms, as well as the front and back porches, and the use the backyard and fire pit. If I am on premise we can talk...or not.
