Quiet location on the edge of an ancient wool town, next to farmland. Easy access to explore the coast, Exeter and Dartmoor. The annexe occupies the end of the bungalow and has it's own entrance with plenty of parking. While there isn't a kitchen, there is a utility area with a small fridge, sink plus tea and coffee making facilities. It is a short walk to local shops and café and we will happily let guests use our microwave on request. Excellent pubs and eateries a short drive away. Brand new en-suite room with vaulted ceiling and solar powered Velux so you can lie in bed and look at the stars or close the blind and relax. Chill out with a glass of wine and watch an abundance of birdlife in the garden, including pheasants! Andrew & Joyce are happy for guests to enjoy the garden and make use of the utility area though there will be a small additional charge for the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer we will not access this area during your stay. Both Joyce and Andrew will be on hand for any questions at the weekend and Andrew is on hand week days whilst Joyce is at work. We are happy for our guests to enjoy the garden space. Chudleigh is very close to the edge of Dartmoor and the beautiful Teign Valley. It even boasts it's very own open air swimming pool which is a 10 minute walk from the front gate. Very close to Haldon Forest, Canonteign Falls and the newly built Spa/gym and pool complex at Finlake Holiday Park.. An ideal touring base situated between the A38 and A380 & perfect stop off en route to or from Cornwall. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular service into Exeter. Mainline train services from Newton Abbot with spectacular coastal views. There are 3 steps up to the rear entrance door and no hand rail.
