Close Florence Siena and Arezzo, in the border of Chianti region, Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, the crossroads of some of the finest attractions of the region, il Maraviglio is a newly opened B&B born from the love for the counrty and the wish to share its beauty. In the heart of Tuscan countryside.the house, risen from the ruins of the old stables and farmers’ accommodations, is looking over olives fields. The soberly furnished bedrooms are bright and spacious, and the thick walls ensure the freshness even in the warmest seasons and the location makes them silent and peaceful. The dining room and the kitchen, traditional and comfortable, are facing a big terrace. .The breakfast and other meals will be shared with the family. We will also be happy to take the guests that are interested for short (or not) excursions in the surrounding area that offers the possibility to walk around the woods, countryside and characteristic villages. The location between the road "sette ponti" that historically connects Firenze and Arezzo, gives il maraviglio a "strategic point" to get to both cities in short time, as well as to the famous Chianti hills and the city of Siena. Not far from the B&B there are plenty of other destinations worth a visit, such as Vallombrosa, a forest at the slopes of the Pratomagno, which is home to the ancient abbey or Poppi, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, where rises the homonymous castle We also offer to take part to traditional and various cooking courses, conditioning and preparation of meat based meals and on the use of vegetables and cereals common in the area.
