Enchanted Garden Treehouse (Amenity*)

Spring is here and the flowers are blooming! Perfect for hot tubbing on cool evenings! Come enjoy our nature-filled getaway without crowds and planes! Relax in the hot tub by the waterfall with the fire table blazing while the moon and stars swirl overhead! Have food delivered or grill your own. We are now 420 friendly, so legal cannabis can now be smoked in the enclosed outdoor areas. Relax with the birds and squirrels in our romantic getaway at our fully vaxxed and boosted household! The amenities we offer, incidental to the room rental, include, a beautiful cedar treehouse set fifteen feet above stunning waterfall and Koi pond with our new fire table. Private entrance leads to flower and bird-filled garden with cedar hot tub, gas grill, and private outdoor shower with unlimited hot water. Eco-friendly treehouse has Pella windows, fireplace, A/C, full size bed and twin sleeping loft, private deck, kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, WIFI, high def xfinity cable, and new smart wifi TV for Netflix, etc., with new blue ray DVD, fireman's pole, private nature's head composting toilet in tent on treehouse deck, Keurig coffeemaker with gourmet coffees, tea, hot cocoa, and hot cider. We have a new amenity for the kids, a real Sioux teepee in the backyard just steps from the treehouse ladder. It has 2 comfy padded cots, lights, and a fake fire pit flame. This is perfect for a couple in the treehouse and 2 kids in the teepee. We charge an extra $100 for the teepee use, which is built into the extra charge for the 4th guest. Free parking. Free public tennis court and great playground one block away. Lawn bowling in yard. Other amenities include hammock, permanent firepit with wood for a small fire, gas fire table, gas grill, Adirondack chair, new loveseat, electric candles, and cushy robes. Located a half-hour drive from downtown Chicago, or 45-minute train ride with station only blocks away. Close to O'Hare airport, Schaumburg Convention Center, Woodfield Mall, Legoland, Sears Center music venue, Spring Valley Nature Center and Morton Arboretum. This is a real treehouse, not a stilt house, so in a strong wind the treehouse will gently rock much like a sailboat at anchor in a safe harbor. Friendly, fully vaxed multi-racial host family welcomes all. LGBTQ and 420 friendly. *PLEASE NOTE: The Village of Schaumburg has now approved Airbnb rentals, but they do not allow rental of just the treehouse. The Village has agreed that we can give guests exclusive use of the treehouse, koi pond, hot tub, firepit, etc., as free amenities incidental to the rental of a room in our home. Thus, the pictures and amenities listed are offered free to guests, who will have complete private access to the treehouse, but the rental fee is for a room in the house. Thank you for your understanding. WINTER LOVERS: We got talked into opening the treehouse in the winter and it worked out great. The hot tub works; the treehouse is insulated and warm; the stream and waterfall are running, and the winter garden and birdwatching are amazing! However, the outdoor shower may be down for the winter depending on outside temp, and the sink water is off. We put a 2 1/2 gallon water jug over the sink so there is water for teeth, coffee, etc. Teepee is down for the winter. You can snowshoe at the Spring Valley Nature Center down the street, with snowshoe rentals for a nominal charge. Come check us out for winter, in the quiet season! We supply robes and towels, but guests might want to bring sandals or slippers. For kids, best to bring kiddie towels. We make up the treehouse full size bed, but not the sleeping loft, nor the teepee cots, so parents should bring sleeping bags for these spaces. Quiet time: guests can use the hot tub at any time, but after midnight no outdoor music or loud talking. Please no smoking indoors. No food in treehouse loft bed, and no food in the teepee. Please no glitter or confetti, subject to $50 cleaning fee. Please dont strip all the bedding. Please dont unplug all of our appliance plugs and tv cables as there are plenty of open plugs.
