Placed on second floor in a new built six apartment villa in Jasenak, a small mountain village, 26 km from the centre of Ogulin, in a quiet, sunny position in the countryside near Mount Bjelolasica. About 50 km from the Adriatic sea and the nearest beaches (Selce, Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski) and 80 km from town Rijeka and Opatija Riviera. Nearest grocery shop is 150 meters away. Excellent newly adapted two bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. Surrounded by greenery, with complete peace and quiet. It consists of an entrance hall with wardrobe/closet, a bathroom with a shower/WC, a new kitchen with oven, a dining area (dinning table for 6 persons with 6 chairs), a spacious living room with extendable couch and flatscreen TV. New kitchen with oven. Exit to the private balcony with furniture (1 table + 2 chairs). Smoking allowed on the balcony. 1 bedroom with 1queen bed (160 x 200 cm), and other bedroom with 2 single bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). New comfortable beds and mattresses with clean bed sheets and towels. Great for a peaceful and quiet night. View of the countryside. Facilities: Internet (free WiFi ). 1 pet/ dog allowed (small pet, up to 15 kg). No additional charges for pets :) No smoking inside the apartment. Feel free to smoke on the private balcony and around the house. Please use ashtray while smoking. More you can see on the photos. Able to access backyard, Pool Area, Chilling Zone (wooden table with wooden benches great for large groups and meetings, up to 20 people) and Children Zone (organized outdoor playground area).
