Room in handy location near Farncombe station.

One of two rooms available in house owned by busy musician. Kitchen, utility room, living room, upstairs bathroom, downstairs shower room. I've found I've generally been here when guests have arrived. Occasionally however, I have been away working and, in those instances, I have had a friend here at the appropriate time to greet guests. When I'm here I'll interact as much as anyone wants though often hide myself away in the music room! Very handy for the station. We're also lucky to have, no less than 2 mins walk away, a post office, curry house, 3 convenience stores, Co op, great pub. There's lots of green space close by and also the unusually pretty town of Godalming is but 15 mins walk away. Yes! Just in case there's any doubt, I'm definitely not attempting to feed anyone; it's in all our interests! Do use the kitchen though and there are all the necessary shops a very short walk away Please note, the rooms are for one person only. Also, due to the nature of my work, I am very often away at the weekend and so the rooms are, in this instance, only available for people who have been before. Please do ask though, this isn't always the case. Also, please ask about checking in. By 'flexible' I mean ask and, if convenient, I will do my best to accommodate you.
