Double room 2 near QMC & Nottingham University

Double room number 2 currently has a real bed with a memory foam mattress and electric blanket if needed. Freeview / digital remote control TV wardrobe and hangers .Bedside table and lamp. Towels and hairdryer. A very quiet house in a very quiet area. No access to any bedrooms that you are not allocated to. Dining area can be used for eating but I prefer to keep the living area to myself. Check in after 5 pm during the week as I work unless previously agreed. Late check ins after 10 pm are charged at £10. Late check outs after 12 may be charged depending on whether another guest is coming the same day. Earlier check ins can be accommodated on occasions as my brother lives two doors away so can accommodate but please check first. Please note no showers are allowed after 10 pm so that other people in the house are not disturbed also the washing machine should not be used after 9 pm for the same reason. Guests only staying one night unless an emergency cannot use the washing machine Whilst I will be there to welcome you, I am quite busy and private so please do not expect me to chat to you the whole evening. I live at the house so am available when needed but do go to the gym a lot. A very quiet area and a very quiet house. The number 77 bus stops on the corner and takes you to and from the city. It costs £2 to go into the city. The house is 2.3 miles from Nottingham University Jubilee Campus and if you require another campus there is a hopper bus you can catch from Jubilee to other sites. QMC hospital is 3 miles away PLEASE NOTE NO DOGS ALLOWED!
