The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. Our house has 2 units / apartments. We as hosts, live on the first floor. For rent is only the apartment with terrace on the ground floor. Part of the stairwell is shared.
