Typical house from the north of Portugal, in a privileged location, on the Lima River bank, between Viana do Castelo and Ponte de Lima. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Rooms, kitchen fully equipped rooms. Perfect for families and friends who like to be in touch with nature. Here you can find ways to bike, practice your morning jog or simply stroll around quietly. You can even practice water sports such as canoeing, stand-up paddle, water scooters, etc. The House includes: - A living room with a small fireplace, a sofa and a sofa bed very comfortable and a table for 4 people, which in summer is placed on the terrace in front of the door. A playroom for children with games and books. - A kitchen equipped with all utensils. Oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, etc; - Interior stone balcony. - A dining area with an excellent fireplace and a large table where you can sit about 14 people (ideal for family meals); - Terrace with barbecue. -Two spacious suites with double bed. One with a Winter Balcony and the other with a sofa bed and a large desk. - A single room. - One double bedroom - Two sofa beds - Three bathrooms, two in the suites, both with shower and bathtub and another in the central corridor with shower. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby crib and bath available. Washing machine available. Bicycles available. Sauna available - extra cost At check-in we give you all the information to provide a pleasant stay, such as places to visit, restaurants, tours, among others. The Historic Place of the Passage is one of the oldest places of crossing of the Lima River. It has a lot of charm and is exactly halfway between Viana do Castelo and Ponte de Lima. Porto is one hour by car (A28) and Braga (A3) half an hour. There are supermarkets, butchery, pharmacy, health Care center, very close and hypermarkets within 10 minutes drive. There are many activities possible;  - River Beach Tours in the Serra de Arga with unique views (15 min by car) or also by the Lima River, in the Ecovia (zone prepared for trekking to 15 min on foot or 5 min by car); -Nadar in the cascades (20 miutos by car) and visit the typical solar of the North of the country; -Great sandy beaches (20 minute drive)! -For the more adventurous there are also various rafting, slide, and boat activities - Finally, for golf lovers, Ponte de Lima is a privileged place. Visit the historical cities of Ponte de Lima, Viana do Castelo, Braga, Guimarães for example. - Visit Quinta da Aveleda and try some of the best Portuguese wines; - Visit the Serra de Arga (15 minutes by car), observe the wild horses and the colors of the winter landscapes; - Visit the Museum of Horse / Car Cars (5 minutes by car); - The beaches at this time are wonderful for strolling (20 minutes by car); - The Lima River gains a special magic in the winter - perfect for trekking and walks along the river enjoying nature (15 min on foot or 5 min by car). There is public transport but are not within easy reach.
