Quietly situated groundfloor appartment

The appartment is in a quite village, centrally situated in the province of North Holland. One key fits all doors, Main entrance, and front door. Accept backdoor to terrace. That can only be opened from the inside, or locked/opened with the extra lock with the separate key. Living room, half open kitchen, a separated two persons bedroom, a bathroom, a terras to sit outside and parking space right in front of the house. The washing machine is in the bathroom, and can be used if you stay for the minimum of a week. It is a quite area, perfect for hiking and biking. Yet very close to beautiful golden age cities like Hoorn and Alkmaar. Also Amsterdam or the beach are just 30 minutes away by car or by train. Everything in the house is allowed to be used. The cabinets in the livingroom and bedroom are (mostly) empty and to be used to your convenience. The low brown wooden cabinet in the bedroom contains my private stuff. Please leave that alone, it is no use to you anyway. Fair use policy: When some things in the house are used and finished, like toilet paper, soap, washing machine soap etc. And food and drinks, then please replace that with new again. Please use the house if it is your own and keep it tidy and neat. When leaving the house, please turn off al lights and heaters to safe on energie costs and environmental impact. Reduce loud noises after 9 pm, so the neighbors will not be bothered. Please have consideration with other people too. In any case of questions or need of assistance, I will always be available by email. In case of emergencies my daughter and son in law live just 10 minutes walking distance away from my house. But they both work, so they probably will not always immediately be available. I will notify them when you are arriving and staying here. Centraly situated between the historic cities of Hoorn and Alkmaar. and also close to Schagen and Heerhugowaard. A bit further to the beach and the IJsselmeer. less then one hour away from Amsterdam. By train or by car. Free parking in front. Train and busstation at 12 minutes walk. In case of electric power short cut, fuses in power electricity cabinet outside the main front door in common hallway. Key is the same key as the closet inside the house, near the front door. One key fits all outside doors, the main entrance and front door. Accept the backdoor to terrace. Heating regulators are mounted at the heating panels.
