It is modern and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two terraces, a garden with private parking and a garage. It is available a private BBQ area in the woods ten minutes away by foot. Torre di Santa Maria is a small village in Valmalenco, a lateral valley of Valtellina. It is located in the heart of the Central Alps at the foot of the mountain range of Bernina. It is less than an hour far away from the Red Train that climbs to Saint Moritz and Lake Como. Positioned at 800 m a.s.l. with less than 1000 inhabitants, it is truly peaceful and safe. There is no traffic, no trendy clubs, no discos, no designer boutiques nor the tourists who usually frequent them but small food shops and local bars. We are at 140 km distance from the airports of Milan Bergamo and Milan Linate, 10 km from Sondrio town and 4 from Valmalenco ski resort. Guests will have access to all areas of the house. Bike friendly Private van service. The air is fresh and clean and the scenery is beautiful. Many hiking paths and a cycle path start directly from here. From the airports you can arrive by train and bus. Transfer by private minivan is also possible.
