A sociable space that’s the heart of the home, there is room for both dining and relaxing in front of the Chesney fireplace and log burner. French doors lead out onto a patio with outdoor sofa & chairs and BBQ - extending the kitchen space right outside. The rest of the ground floor consists of a TV snug off the kitchen, a living room with a Chesney Art Deco fireplace and wood-burning stove and large TV with surround sound, a boot room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and downstairs bathroom. The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms and an office space with desk. The main bedroom has a super king luxury bed, full-size bathroom with double sinks and shower en suite, extra large bathtub, and a walk in dressing room. The second bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with shower and large bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed and en suite with walk in shower. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and hallway access to the bathroom shared with bedroom two. There is a Sonos sound system in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom, and Bluetooth speakers in all other bedrooms.
