So if you are 3 people or 9 the price is 200e. Thanks.❤️ From May 1 onwards the price is 225e A unique traditional detached house in valley of Cabrespine, a charming Hamlet famous for remarkable hiking, nature trails and caves. The house has two terraces, one for sun lovers and al-fresco diners (70sq metres approx),the other smaller (40 square metres approx) ideal for those preferring some shade. Both offer beautiful views. Inside there are two large bedrooms which easily sleep 9. Two bathrooms, one en-suite. The living area comprises a large lounge with an open fireplace, comfy leather sofas and dining for 8 or more. (Website hidden by Airbnb) The whole house. You and your party get to use the whole property. Roger, the host, will not be living in the property but is close by in the village. He will meet you upon arrival with your keys and give you a quick tour of the house and information as required. Cabrespine is a small charming village, in the Languedoc region of France. It has a very long and colourful history. Although, there are no shops in the village, a nearby (7km) village called Villeneuve Minervois offers a selection of shops including a boulangerie, general store, fruit n vegetable shop, Pharmacy. It also has a bar, Unisex hairdresser, charcuterie and two other restaurants and a truffle museum with a shop. Of course, the historical site of Carcassonne Cite and Carcassonne itself is only 20km away with large commercial centres, restaurants and a train station as well as an international airport. The train station has connections to Paris Toulouse Narbonne and Barcelona as well as other large cities. A car is necessary to get to Cabrespine from Carcassonne which is approximately 20km drive. It is possible to hire a car at Carcassonne airport. Taxi services are also available from Carcassonne or Caunes Minervois (tel: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) 💥💥 Coming to Cabrespine.... If you’re coming from Carcassonne or from Toulouse, then the route is well signed. Take the D620 from Carcassonne following the signs to Mazamet or the “Goufre Geant de Cabrespine” The road goes through Villalier and Villegly. After Villegly turn left to Villeneuve Minervois (D112). From Villeneuve Minervois continue on the D112, this is about a 15-minute drive before you arrive in Cabrespine. On arriving in the village, you drive straight through ignoring the road wearing to the left that would take you to another village. The road narrows. You will arrive on the place de l’Eglise with a church on your left. Turn right and over a small road bridge. On the other side you face a house and should turn right again. “Les Roques” is immediately on your left and is set back from the road but is easily recognisable as it is covered in green Ivy plants, has a large stairway and a sign with its name on the stairway. If you can call ahead, I will be there to meet you.... Safe Journey 🤗 ❤️🙏If your reading this then your thinking about coming to Cabrespine or this beautiful area of the Aude. It's understandable to review what accommodations Cabrespine and area has to offer. There's a great large hotel and many other places to stay in and around the village so why choose to come and stay at Les Roques you ask...🤔 Simply It's a large spacious house in a beautiful peaceful position with big comfortable rooms where up to 9 people can stay and chill and relax or walk on many different walks that start from my house into the black mountains. It's not a hotel where you will share areas of the house with others.. Whether you are 2 or 9 you have the whole house to yourself. That constitutes 230 habitable Sq metres in kitchen lounge bedrooms bathrooms (one very large😊) and separately two terraces to relax in the sun and enjoy the views.. Consider this.. In a hotel you get one room of 35/40 Sq mtrs with a double or 2 single beds including a bathroom starting from 70/80e with shared facilities with other guests. So if your 3 or 4 couples wanting to spend your time together 24/7 at Les roques you can cook eat drink party and enjoy the serenity of this house where probably less than 10 cars pass a day so safe for children... In summary.. 200 pday and there's 8 of you in a group then 25pd per person with all I've outlined seems a good deal but then I'm biased.. 🤗😉😁😘 ☀️Price of 200pd is until end April. Then becomes 225pd☀️
