Three storey house in Ventalló, one of the most charming villages on the Costa Brava. Very comfortable and fully equipped. Just 5 min. by car from the main beaches of Ampurias, Sant Pere Pescador and La Escala. Ideal to enjoy the coast in a calm and relaxed environment. Three-storey house with garage, patio, terrace with views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. It has a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso, orange jucier, iron, Wi-Fi, TV... We rent the whole house and we will be available to solve any eventuality that our help requires. Ventalló is a charming and bucolic village in the Alt Empordà. It has less than 250 inhabitants and many inducements for lovers of nature, sports, culture and gastronomy. NATURE AND SPORTS: A few kilometers around you can enjoy beach, lake, mountain and many walks and routes to do on foot or by bicycle. At 15 km you have the Natural Park of Las Marismas del Ampurdán where you can see lots of birds and deer. The ski school "Xavi Mill Skiing Competition" dedicated solely and exclusively to this sport is less than 4 km away. CULTURE AND GASTRONOMY: Ventalló is the headquarters of the Perramón Foundation of contemporary art. It also has an interesting Gothic church (San Miguel) besides others like the pre-Romanesque church of the X century of the neighboring town of Vila-robau (2 km) and other Romanesque ones such as Saldet or Pelacalç. Also, in Ventalló you will find two restaurants: El Teatret (popular food) and Les Basses (more sophisticated cuisine) where besides enjoying the food you can have a drink in a very pleasant atmosphere. The house is a safe environment, even so we remember that its security inside the house, both in the rooms of the house, balconies and terraces, as well as in the handling of appliances, access to balconies, windows, doors, terrace, staircase, etc ..., it is the responsibility of the guests during their stay. Minors, the responsibility is for accompanying adults.
