The Living room is on deck level which is only 3 steps down from the rest of the house. The deck has 2 lounge chairs, large table with 6 chairs and umbrella, Rattan Couch and Armchair. The patio has a round table and 4 chairs with umbrella, fire pit with 4 chairs. Another patio has a built in bar and 4 armchairs plus a BBQ You will have complete access to all property from Garage out to view. There is a cottage between the street and the garage available to rent also. If it is occupied the driveway will be shared. I am as available as my guests require By text I am very responsive Dead-end private nicely paved road with speed bumps with upscale homes. This home is the smallest with the best view. Henry Cowell State Park property starts just a few hundred feet from my driveaway Very Quiet and relaxing A private car is recommended. There is bus service on Empire Grade 1/2 mile away twice daily County required agreements: The maximum number of guests allowed per bedroom are 2 and must be 18years old. Maximum number of vehicles is one. Limitations on noise are - Quiet hours 10pm to 8am NO pets on property Weddings, outdoor parties, or similar activities are prohibited. Trash management means that garbage must be kept in closed containers. Prohibition on illegal behavior including an explicit prohibition of any fireworks Emergency evacuation instructions are to leave through door or push out window behind bed.
