Attractive two bedroom cottage with modern furnishings in a peaceful, countryside setting in Lysfaen, Colwyn Bay, North Wales - stunning views of countryside fields and Welsh mountains. Open-plan living area which contains a kitchen with breakfast bar, lounge with dining area - modern furnishings. Beamed ceiling, electric fireplace and comfy seating. To the outside there is off-road parking for one car and a front seating area overlooking country fields. A private garden area is shared by the cottages - perfect for some quiet relaxation time. Access to the cottage is provided through a secure key box (you will be given the code on check-in day). If you have any issues during your stay you can call me - I live an hour away from the cottage if there any difficulties I can travel to help you if necessary. Situated on the North Wales coast, less than ten minute drive to the sandy beaches of Colwyn Bay. Surrounded by beautiful countryside views of the Snowdonia Welsh mountains. Independent micro-brewery and bar just 15 minutes walk away with local shop and takeaway nearby. Lots to do in the area - Conwy and Gwrych Castles, hill walks, water sports and fishing, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, the Great Orme and Llandudno a short drive away. In the rural heart of North Wales countryside, just an hour's drive from Chester or Merseyside. Within a few minutes drive of Colwyn Bay town and beach - walkable distance. There is a train station in Colwyn Bay with rail links to Chester and North Wales. Excellent walking trails in the surrounding area (I can send PDF's of the guides).
