Villa Patrizia: Tuscany Farmhouse apt1

A spectacular view on the Trasimen lake. A quiete place where you can spend your holiday in Tuscany. The apartment 1 (totally indipendent) with the apartment 2 make up the entire Villa and is situated at the border between Tuscany and Umbria in a point that allows you to go in Rome, Florence, Perugia and a lot of typical boroughs. From the apartment you can enjoy a breath-taking view over Trasimeno Lake. The apartment is spacious, my family is always avaialable to give you the necessary information and to help you on sorting out your trip across the nature and artistic cities (we can give you maps and point reccomended paths). Once you'll be here we'll give you a bottle of our extravirgin oil (it's absolutely a self-made product), a box with some vegetables coming from our biological garden and, for who will book for seven nights or more, two different types of sauce (made with the our fresh vegetables) contained in the jairs. Our biological garden is always open and freely you can take from it what you need. In the summer you can use the swimming pool (shared with eventual other guests) and spend your days relaxing. The interaction with guests is totally available Far to the traffic, sorrounded by the olive groves and the nature you can chill out in peace. The apartment stand at 2 km from the railway station of Terontola, with the train you can go without changes at Rome, Florence and Perugia. My family is always available to carry the guests to the station! The swimming pool is shared with the other guests.
