The house is 1.5 mi from an entrance to the Black Hills trail system for hiking, biking, & motorized fun. Although it's in a quiet cul-de-sac with unimpeded backyard forest views, you'll be near Sturgis (20 min), Rapid City (10 min), Mt Rushmore/Deadwood/Spearfish (40 min), and all the other wonderful area attractions! You will have the entire house, a covered back deck, a fenced-in backyard, and over-sized garage to protect your motorcycles/UTV/autos. Kim or Owen will be available to quickly reply to any questions you have via the AirBnB app or website, or via text or phone calls. We travel a lot and always appreciate open communication to keep things running smoothly and want to provide this to you as well! Please reach out to us if you have questions, no matter how small! Timberline Subdivision is a small neighborhood with friendly folks located at the foot of the Black Hills, with beautiful views of forest and pastureland. There are many amenities close-by. Black Hawk Rd. has a gas station/convenience store called BJs Country Store, a coffee shop named The Wired Woodsman, Godfather's Pizza, a Lutheran church on Peaceful Pines Rd, and even Smoochies Dog Spa. For off road travel (ATV/UTV/Jeeps, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, etc.) there is a trailhead just up the hill on Peaceful Pines Rd, connecting you to the hundreds of miles of trails available in the Black Hills trail system. Timberline Subdivision has sidewalks for evening walks, runs, or bike rides to keep you safe. There's a public green space behind the property and plenty of parking for campers, trailers, motorcycles, or vehicles on the property and in the street.
