Woodland Lodge

Our Lodge is a quirky log chalet situated in our wood which also hosts a children’s play area. It is single room accommodation with no kitchen facilities other than an outside BBQ. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and sugar. Booking comes with a one hour swim in our on-site heated swimming pool which includes toilet, sink and shower, at either 7am or 9pm. Simple toilet facilities are available 24h just a short walk away, across the car park. Toddler bed or cot on request. Glendale is a period farmhouse in a beautiful rural location close to Hadrian’s Wall with an on-site heated swimming pool and a combination of lawns and woods. Guests in The Lodge have private use of its immediate outside space and the children’s play area. Car park, woods and lawns are shared with other property users (if any) and host family. Guests’ privacy is respected although hosts are available for help and advice by telephone, messaging or in person. We are very rural, beautiful hillside location close to Hadrians Wall (Walltown, Cawfields, Steel Rigg, The Sill, Vindolanda and Sycamore Gap. Car required. Haltwhistle is 2 miles away and offers good pub food, supermarkets and fish and chips, Indian, Chinese and pizza takeaways.
