Stylish French character house with heated pool

The house is situated in a small hamlet, 8 km from a town with all amenities, in a rural setting with views over the Pyrenees and the rolling countryside. The house has 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine for 2 extra guests. (2 extra guests only in low season) The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room and a game room with billiard table and tabletop football. There is a large garden with heated pool (26° until end of October) and terrace with bbq. There is central heating during the colder months with a maximum of 15l/day. (for a comfortable warm house). Wood for the woodburner, bed linen and bath towels are included. Our guests can use the whole house. We live 4 km for the house, so we will come once a week to clean the pool. And of course if you need help or information, we will be happy to advise! The house is only 9 km from Barbotan Les Thermes and Lac de L'Uby with numerous water sport possibilities. Weekly markets in the capital of l'Armagnac 'Eauze' on Thursday, in Barbotan on Wednesday and in Cazaubon on Saturday. You are only 20 minutes away from the Landes department, with beautiful villages Labastide D'Armagnac and St Justin. We offer you a local wine, organic soaps and some vegetables from our garden when you stay for min a week.
