Renovated rustic house in beautiful Karst

Our home is a 200 year old stone house renovated piece by piece by an artist. The decor is rustic, but generally useful and sturdy. You can access our huge library with books from all possible fields in case you would like to do same evening reading. There's a lovely garden with a lot of privacy and shade. The house is located in a quiet village in the idyllic Karst surroundings. The sea on Italian side is just a short drive away (25 mins) while Istrias beaches are less than an hour away. You will have access to a large garden, you can pick fresh herbs and even find pick some vegetables on our own vegetable patch a 5 min walk from the house. Upon agreement we can visit our neighbors wine cellar for a real genuine experience. Upon agreement you can access our huge atelier where you can do something creative, we have all the utilities for canvas painting, glass work etc. while you can also use our extensive library with rare books from around the world. We will give you guided tour if needed, recommend you the best places to visit and give you culinary advice on local cuisine, where to go buy best produce and cured meat and even help you with preparing a perfect dinner with the best wine imaginable. House is located in Krajna vas, one of typical villages in Karst area, where rural character has been largely preserved. There are beautiful walks in surrounding forests, numerous biking trails and agrotourisms to visit. One of the neighbours is actually quite a famous wine producer and you can visit him for wine testing of local wine Teran (among other sorts). The house can be located easily and a parking spot is available just around the corner. The village is just 10 minutes drive from the main highway to the coast.
