Quiet home with stunning view of the Dolomites

A rural house, recently renovated and refurbished internally, surrounded by the countryside of Limana village. Perfect for family and children as there are no roads around and the house shares a unpaved green courtyard with neighbors. It has two TVs (one in the living room, one in the master bedroom) and it's heated with two pellet stoves, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, though it can get chilly in the winter. The furniture are somewhat outdated but functional. L'appartamento è pulito e ha tutti gli elementi essenziali. Ha due televisori (uno nel soggiorno, uno nella camera da letto principale) ed è riscaldato con due stufe a pellet, uno al piano terra e uno al primo piano, anche se può fare freddo in inverno. I mobili sono in qualche modo obsoleti ma funzionali. My parents live next door house and will be available to welcome you at check-in and support you with any query. They only speak Italian but we can assist remotely with translation if need be! The house is located in the center of the Valbelluna, between the Prealpi Bellunesi and the National Park of the Dolomiti Bellunesi, it offers endless opportunities for trekking, mountain biking, climbing, at all levels from beginners to experts. There is a pizzeria 5 minutes away by foot, a cafe'/bar 10 minutes away by foot, and a 'secret' ice-cream parlour 15 mins away by foot. Belluno is a 15 mins drive. La casa si trova al centro della Valbelluna, tra le Prealpi Bellunesi e il Parco Nazionale delle Dolomiti Bellunesi, offre infinite opportunità di trekking, mountain bike e arrampicata, a tutti i livelli dai principianti agli esperti. C'è una pizzeria a 5 minuti a piedi, un bar /edicola a 10 minuti a piedi e una gelateria "segreta" a 15 minuti a piedi. Belluno e' a 15 minuti in auto.
