Karibu Sana! Welcome to Amira’s Roomz, we are a family run guesthouse near Zanzibar Airport. Need to rest before or after a long flight? Looking for budget backpackers’ rooms while you explore our beautiful little island? Whether you are adventuring solo, as a couple, or a group, you have come to the right place! We have double rooms complete with desks, mosquito nets, fans and private bathrooms. There are also two hostel dorms available with 4 beds in each. We are affordable, clean, and local. We provide freshly cooked healthy Zanzibari meals, fresh juices, cleansing teas and most importantly free Wi-Fi. Whether it works or not, it's still free! We are located in the safe and quiet neighborhood of Kiembe Samaki, just 3 minutes from the Airport and 10 minutes away from Stone Town (300 TShs by bus/daladala, 10,000 TShs by taxi). There are lots of local shops and cafés. The beach is within walking distance. Every part of Amira's Roomz Zanzibar is accessible to guests. There are upper and lower common areas in the center of the property with traditional furniture surrounded by gorgeous greenery and local wildlife (adorable kittens). A relaxed atmosphere with nice people to serve you. Taxis are convenient but expensive. A taxi is available 24/7 at Amira's. Local buses (daladala) are very cheap and can transport you everywhere if you don't have heavy luggage. And of course walking is healthy. It is safe. Amira's Roomz is home away from home in reality.
