Romantic in the middle of amazing nature

Unique, romantic rustico in Capriasca. Breathtaking views wherever you look. Our little rustico used to be a stall. We renewed and redecorated with lots of love to provide with high comfort in full connection with nature. The apartment has a little kitchen equipped for simple cooking, a quiet bedroom, a living room with the best view and a little garden. You may also join our garden and have fun with our dogs. We don't recommend to come without a car. No public transportation in the near. You can use our yoga room and if Ro is around, you can book her for a private lessons. We both have home office jobs, so despite being at home, we are invisible. In any case, if you have an emergency, we are always available next door. Our dogs are quite friendly but they understand NO, so if you feel like petting them, they will be pleased, but if you need some distance, they will understand. Our garden will be your garden, but you have a separate entrance. You may hear us every now and then but we try to stay as quite as the dogs allow so you are not disturbed at any time. We live upstairs so we are more or less around all the time and will help you find the house the first time you come. The parking lot is 200m upwards a hill and the house is a bit hard to find, so don't worry. We will be waiting for you. We live the whole year through in a tipical small summer village in the heart of Capriasca. It is a beloved mountain biking spot, but trail running, climbing and hiking are not less important. The scenic trail runs just behind the house, so you won't be short of hiking possibilities. Unless you are super fit, you may need a car to do your shopping or go out for drinks. Tesserete is 6km downhill, so going there from the house is doable in 2 hours, upwards, is a bit of a challenge.... quite steep. The last bus stop is Lelgio, from there you may walk 3 km. The next bus stop is 3km down the hill, so we don't recommend to book if you are not driving yourself. The next supermarket is in Tesserete the main town down the hill (6 km - 2.5 hours walking "down"). Tesserete is lots of fun. A unique town with 3 000 inhabitants but 5 restaurants, 2 bakeries, 3 supermarkets, a natural shop, a library, swimming pool and 3 super cool bars. The path to get to the house is not an easy walk, rolling suitcases are not ideal. Bring good shoes to walk the path down to the house over the hill.
