In the best Babelsberg villa neighborhood, we offer one of three lovingly furnished rooms with twin bed in our house, privacy is guaranteed. Berlin or Potsdam are easily and fast reachable with public transport S-Bahn / train / tram / bus. (E-)Bikes, paddle boats, kayaks, canoes or SUPs can be hired at the S-Bahn station. The Griebnitzsse is in the immediate vicinity. Even the beautiful Babelsberg Park with its castle is not far away. We are happy to help with any questions about the stay. The bright rooms are located on the 1st floor with a nice garden view and the neighborhood. Dining room, kitchen, garden, terrace, guest toilet for sharing Privacy is guaranteed to my guests, but I am available for questions. Our neighborhood is the beautiful residential area in Babelsberg near the Griebnitzsee. Despite the idyllic location in the Babelsberg villa quarter grocery store, gastronomy, Filmparc Babelsberg, Hasso Plattner Institute, Film University, etc. are not far away. Public transport: Station "Griebnitzsee" by train / S-Bahn direction Berlin or PotsdamCity or tram to Potsdam City. There is also rental of bicycle, canoe and SUP, boat trip stop.
