Fantastic flat in Savignano sul Rubicone

Modern flat just 15/20 minutes (by car) away from the beach with double room, kitchen/living room and large terrace. Further bed on the attic. For sea lovers, the nearest beaches are the following (by car): Savignano a Mare - 12 min Gatteo Mare - 13 min Bellaria - 15 min Igea Marina - 16 min Rimini - 25 min Quite area where the flat is placed just at the end of a closed road but easy to reach as is located just few minutes away from the motorway. You can access and use the whole flat. The flat is free because I live abroad but is managed by trusted people who take care of your check-in / check-out and provide you with any information you might need. I will be always available by phone or email for all your stay as the person who welcomes you will be available in case something has needed to be done on site. The flat is part of a 14 flats building and all the area is very quite so we require the same from our guest. Party are not allowed on the flat. Consider that the flat is on the first floor so, please reduce as much as possible walking noise during the night. No pets allowed By car, motorbike or bike you can reach shops and surrounding town in very few time. You can reach the beach in just 15 minutes by car. On arrival, the guests will be asked to provide identity documents and sign a tenant agreement as requested by the italian law.
