No TV. see further details in listing You will have exclusive use of: large sitting room with writing desk in the bay window looking out over the valley; generous well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, pine dining table to seat seven leading to small conservatory with sofa; spacious king size room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, bathroom with bath and powerful shower; washing machine and clothes drying area; lovely secluded garden and sun deck, sun loungers, dining table for 7 people. Home from home. You will have the entire house and your own private garden and secluded sun deck to yourselves. There is a small flat attached where I will be some of the time. I always greet guests (unless we have arranged otherwise due to circumstances) to make sure you are happy and have all you need, however after greeting you I will leave you alone, unless you need me. I will be close by in the attached - but entirely separate - flat. I will arrange a time with you so that I can water the garden in hot dry weather. You have your own private and sheltered garden with deck, lawn and terrace. Llandysul is a quite, quaint small town, more like a village. There are excellent shops: a particularly good SPAR; a great butcher with local free range meats, eggs, sourdough bread and exceptional olive oil from Greece; high quality gift shop; filling station, supermarket, bookshop; hairdressers etc etc. The park is great for riverside walks and boasts a children play park; so many excellent walks in almost every directional straight from the door. The view from the house and garden is beautiful...out across the river valley to the woods beyond. Please see my guidebook below. Ideally, come by car so as not to miss out on trips to the beach. If you cycle there is a garage for bikes. Public transport: get the train to Carmarthen and pick up the bus that brings you into the village, please check with bus operator online. One car can park in the drive, second or subsequent cars can park just 30 metres up the hill, in a safe little side road called GLASCOED, or just a little further up Seion Hill. all parking mentioned here is free of charge. Pets are welcome as long as they are clean and well behaved and kept off the furniture at all times. There is a designated bin and bags for clean up of doggie deposits, plus an outdoor hose fir muddy paws. The house was built in the 1800's. The 'starcase' is a the original slate steps which are slightly steeper than modern stairs. Also stairgates are in place, along with other baby/toddler equipment.
