Lake House -View & Garden Lake Como

The aparment is part of an old lake house (a rustico now split into 3 flats) refurbished a few years ago. A terrific 180° Lake Como view can be enjoyed from any room as well as from the balcony or the garden. 2 floors flat including livable attic. The apartment is on the top 2 floors of the old lake house, which is split into 3 flats now. The apartment has its own entrance, separate from the other 2 flats which share the garden. The parking is free and in front of the entrance door. A terrific 180° view on Lake Como can be enjoyed from any room of the apartment as well as from the balcony and the garden. The apartment is on 2 floors, the second with mansard roof. For bookings above 4 guests is possible to rent the 2 other flats which have direct access to the garden, for a maximum of 8 guests (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). Pictures, description and price of this listing are referred to the 4 guests flat. Guests can access the apartment straight from the private parking lot and get into the attic where the living room, kitchen and balcony are. Going downstairs you can reach the 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other one with 2 single beds (this could be set up with a king size as well) The bathroom is endowed with both shower and bath tub. The garden, located on the ground floor, is shared with other the 2 apartments. The lake house is just 15 minutes by car from the place I live. Guests can reach out to me if need be. The lake house is a holiday place and during holiday time as well as summer weekends my family could be in one of the 2 others apartments. Garden and parking will be shared in such a case. The neighbourhood is very quite. The house is surrounded by it's own park on 3 sides and the back side faces the road. Perfect if you need to relax and enjoy Lake Como. With a 5 minutes walk you can reach the beach, Lido di Riva di Faggeto and enjoy a swim. Bellagio, the most famous tourist attraction on Lake Como, can be reached either by bus or boat. The bus stop is just 50 meters from the Lake House. Public Transportation by boat is also available and can be reached with a 5 minutes walk (with elevation, about 100 meters). The easiest way to get to the apartment is by car. The Private Parking is just in front of the entrance door. Hiring a car is highly recommended. The bus stop is 50 meters from the Lake House but based on past experiences with guests of mine I really advise to hire a car due to the travel logistic (luggages to carry, pubblic transports to change) and also the the latecomer attitude of italian public transport.
