Fabulous, modern studio in historic Much Wenlock
Lime Kiln Loft is close to the typically English, historic market town of Much Wenlock (5mins walk) and has direct access to the Wenlock Edge Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty fantastic for walking and cycling. We are also a short drive from the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site. It's in a beautiful rural location yet close to independent shops, traditional pubs and restaurants. Its clean, modern and well equipped. The studio is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Lime Kiln loft has a lovely feel to it. It is designed, built and finished to a high standard and specification. The apartment has a well appointed and well equipped modern kitchenette with domino induction hob, combi oven and fridge freezer. There is a wet room and heated towel rail. Underfloor heating provides a cosy retreat at any time of year. It benefits from high speed Wifi and a wall mounted Smart TV. The normal bedding supplied is duck down & feather. Please note if you have any allergies to these fibres, let us know in your booking and we will arrange for polyester bedding prior to your arrival. There is private off road parking on the driveway. Guest should be aware there are 15 steps to the entrance. At night there is external lighting giving very good vision of the access to the apartment. We will normally be available if guests have any questions or require any items that would make their stay more comfortable. However on the odd occasion that we are not on hand we will leave contact information. Shropshire is the hidden gem of England. Encompassing both stunning countryside and known as the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution. There are a wealth of museums , National Trust properties, English Heritage Wenlock Priory and beautiful areas for walking and cycling. Much Wenlock, the home of the modern Olympics, has many facilities to enhance your stay including restaurants, delicatessens, traditional pubs and independent shops. Driving around the area is relatively easy, buses are available to Shrewsbury, Bridgenorth & Telford. However many of its local attraction’s can be easily reached on foot. Wenlock Edge (National Trust land) is only a short walk from the property. A nice stroll into historic Much Wenlock will only take 5 - 15 minutes where there are many quaint shops, tea rooms, local market (Tuesday, Friday & Saturday), Outstanding butchers and local bakers and of course many fine public houses selling good food sourced from local produce. Backing into the drive makes exiting the property far easier, could guests kindly park in front of the right hand garage, this allows easier access for guests and hosts alike. The property has been co hosted since the beginning of September 2019 to ensure that the high standard set by the previous owners is maintained, all feedback has been positive.
