Barn conversion on a working farm providing comfortable accommodation for family and friends having a reunion. *** Until Airbnb follow UK tourism industry standards on Covid cancellations I will not accept bookings via Airbnb. ***** Large lounge, kitchen, dining room and 7 bedrooms containing 10 double and 12 single beds). Under cover BBQ area, and garden with fire pit. Price shown is for exclusive use by up to 16 people. - Read the "more about the space" for more details. The property was designed for reunions of friends and families. There are 7 family size bedrooms which between them contain 10 double and 12 single beds. 4 of the bedrooms have bunk beds. With a large lounge, kitchen and dining room for all to share the space and an under cover BBQ area and fire pit in the garden for social gatherings (Website hidden by Airbnb) The property is an easy drive from the Welsh end of the M4, with Brechfa Forest and Llanllwni Mountain on the doorstep. It is central for exploring Carmarthenshire (including the longest beach in Wales), Pembrokeshire, Brecon Beacons, Cambrian Mountains, Ceredigion. I am a tourism ambassador for Carmarthenshire and the Brecon Beacons National Park and can provide help and advice on places to visit / activities during your stay. If you prefer to stay on site, there are no other properties within 2 fields of the farm, so guests can enjoy reunions without having to worry about neighbours, and guests are allocated a field to play in as well as the garden of the property. Price is for up to 16 people with the economy option. To help guests keep costs down the normal configuration of the beds is that the bottom sheet, pillow and pillow case are provided and guests have the option of bringing their own sleeping bag, duvet or hiring a duvet for a small extra charge. Please ask me using the contact host facility for a special offer telling me as much as possible about the number in your group and your preferences on bedding and I will put together a special offer for you. I am sorry, Airbnb blocks me from sending you a special offer if you have used the Reserve option Last minute and midweek during school term, bookings are accepted from individuals and groups of any size at the per person rate for whom specific bedrooms will be allocated and the use of the social areas, lounge, kitchen, dining room, drying room and garden will be shared with other guests. The bedrooms contain a mixture of normal and bunkbeds. Bedrooms 1,2,3,4 contain bunkbeds with 7 double and 9 single beds. (Most of the bunk beds have a double at the bottom and single above). Bedrooms 5,6 and 7 contain 3 double and 3 single beds none of which are bunk beds. Bedroom 1 is downstairs along with a bathroom designed for wheelchair users. Towels are provided for the kitchen and toilet but you need to bring your own towel for your personal use. Guests will have access to the barn conversion, the garden with fire pit, and on request one or more fields in which to play which will be allocated to them. Guests are not permitted to enter the farm buildings or the fields containing sheep or the horses except in my company. I guests who come with dogs must have their dogs on leads at all times when on the farm and outside the building, including when walking to and from their cars. My own house is onsite, but completely separate from guests, so the level of interaction depends on the guests. Some guests want advice on places to go and how to get there. Other groups have made all their plans in advance of arriving and I see little of them from the time they arrive until they depart. I provide guests with my personal mobile number so that they can contact me for assistance at any time during their stay. Its peaceful, great scenery, there is the open access land of Brechfa Forest and Llanllwni Mountain to explore on foot or horseback. While cyclists can roam in the forest and play on the mountain bike trails. The village pub in Brechfa has recently reopened after a complete refit, and it is within walking distance of the property. There is a bus to and from Carmarthen twice a day on week days but no public transport on Sundays. I am a tourism ambassador for Carmarthenshire and for the Brecon Beacons National Park. Both of which qualifications are about knowledge of local tourist attractions. I would be happy to help guests plan activities or days out during their stay.
