Recently refurbished 1st floor flat on main villa, nestled inside a private and gated 7 hectares park. Ideally located near the access of Pedemontana Lombarda. In half an hour you can reach Milan, lake Como, Varese or Malpensa airport. Train station at walking distance. Ideal for working guests and visitors of Milano fairs in Milano Pero/Fiera. Surrounded by nature, this is a relaxing flat where you can unwind after a long day. The flat is reachable through an external flight of stairs, and has its own independent entrance. Parking is free and inside the property. A small table is available for guests to enjoy al fresco dining in the terrace. We live in the main villa and we are available to help guests settling in their flat but we honour their privacy. Our neighbourhood is very quite, as we are surrounded by trees and woods. During the day we can hear and see many birds species, and appreciate the singing. A car is quite essential if you need to travel for work or do some shopping for groceries, should you prefer to walk in 10 minutes you can reach the centre of the village and in less time the train station served by Ferrovie Nord.
