This property is all about the amazing location. The apartment is situated 5m away by walk from the beach Ciammarita, one of the longest beaches in the Gulf of Castellamare. At the beach you will find some bars and restaurants all equipped for spend a nice day at the beach. 15m away by walk there is the little village of Trappeto, with the amazing port and all the little old streets full of history, where you can have a nice meal in front of an breath taking view at any time of the day. The apartment is located at the ground floor of a villa of two floors. There are two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the very large living room with a tv. The kitchen is new and full equipped with a dining table. In the garden you will find an amazing veranda with some sofa and pillows to relax after a long day at the beach and a nice and big wood table to enjoy a meal. The apartment is at the ground floor and it has his own entrance . I'm a really social person, so if you ever want to spend a bit of time to talk about the place and have some tips about the area, feel free to ring at my door. The beach is at 5m away but is still remains a very quite area. the parking is right outside on the main road, very safe and everyone on the neighborhood park there as well. the closest public transport to Palermo or Castellammare del Golfo are at 10m by walk from the house.
