A small meadow right on the lake and the jetty invite you to swim and relax. The lake is only suitable for swimmers! The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement. The upper floor has a living room, a kitchen, an additional toilet, a laundry room and the large terrace. When the weather is good, you practically only live on the terrace, the panorama is unique. The entire property is available to guests including terrace and next to the house. Also, a private lake-access and a terrace on the lake (above boathouse) can be used. The house is located above the road and is accessible via a staircase (140 Steps). For boat owners it is possible to rent a berth in the port of the municipality of Morcote (4 minutes walk).
