This luxury apartment is located in the centre of Kappl which is only a ten minute drive from the internationally renowned ski resort of Ischgl; with 239km of slopes, reaching all the way to Switzerland, it is ideal for sports holidays. Situated on the sunny side of the Paznaun valley, the apartments’ spacious balconies enjoy all day sun and glorious views of the mountains and the village. The apartment is part of the Dorfstadl and the SPA area opening is related to their operating time. The apartment is very high standard and equiped with the highest materials. There are two queensize beds and 2 beds for children. Featuring beautiful solid oak floors throughout, the apartments offer a very high standard of comfort, in a traditional Tyrolean style. They are equipped with deep sofas, flat screen televisions in each room and beautifully appointed bathrooms. The apartment has two ensuite bedrooms - a double and a twin room with additional foldaway bunk beds, enabling parties of up to six to be comfortably accommodated in each. Coal effect fires add a homely effect to the large lounge and dining area, and the fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher. When rented together, the apartments are easily interconnected but otherwise solid double doors guarantee privacy from each other. Within the apartment block, there is a spa with a swimming pool, three types of sauna facility, a relaxing room and terrace. Massage and other spa treatments are available. There are also laundry facilities and a ski room with lockers and boot warmers. Underground parking on two levels provides a parking space for each apartment. Kappl is situated in the principal route through in the Silveretta Arena and is within an easy 45 minute drive of Innsbruck Airport. Not only is the area a winter paradise for skiers and snowboarders, in summer, its network of forest trails attract mountain bikers and walkers up into its energizing mountain air. To mark the end of the ski season, Ischgl hosts a Top of the Mountain Concert in the biggest open air arena in Austria. Past guests include Elton John and the Pussy Cat dolls.
