Comfy, quiet room with king sized bed, sole use of spacious bathroom with bath, hot shower and fluffy towels ! A short walk to the station and Ascot racecourse. There is a pub 2 minutes from the house that serves Indian food or several restaurants close by in Sunninghill. The house is in a quiet cul de sac next to woodland and a park but in a great location close to the centre of Ascot. I am mostly at home so available if you have any queries. Detached house. Large kitchen/living area. Perfect location for the races, work, or short break in Berkshire. Quiet location yet close to Ascot station (8 minute walk) with direct trains to London Waterloo, Richmond and Reading. A 12 minute walk(approx) to the famous Ascot racecourse and bustling main street and eateries! Local attractions include Windsor Great Park, Wentworth (home to PGA golf) , Sunningdale and polo at Smiths lawn. A short drive to royal Windsor and easy access to M3 andM25. The house is located in a small cul de sac tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. There is a park close by and woodland adjacent to the house and lovely walks in Swinley forest too. If you're coming by car there is generally room to park by the house or in the small road that runs past the house. The train station is a short walk away. There is also a bus service to Windsor. Please respect the neighbours when returning to the house after 10pm. I can give you a key to enable you to come and go as you please.
