Rural gite with pool

Rural newly-renovated 3-bed gite with pool, large grounds and spectacular views of the Pyrenees. We are less than an hour from Toulouse, Carcassonne ski resorts with walking and cycling on the doorstep. Gite Vue des Montagnes is a recently renovated cottage which sleeps a maximum of 6 people. It has English / French TV and WIFI available. Stunning panoramic view of the Pyrenees. Outside the gite has a private, shaded terrace. Swimming pool with panoramic mountain views. There's also a ping pong table and swings in a very large garden with a few free-range chickens. The grounds and pool are shared with owners OR one other gite. We live next door. However we sometimes rent our own house out to guests in July and August. If we are not here we are easily reachable by phone or email and employ people locally to look after the pool and house and deal with any problems which may arise. Local attractions include the mediaeval towns of Mirepoix and Carcassonne, some of Europe's largest caves, several beautiful, supervised swimming lakes, animal parks where you can variously see eagles, wolves, bison and reptiles - there is also a safari park in Toulouse. Accrobranche and white water rafting available within a ten minute drive. We're an hour from Toulouse and Carcassonne aiports. Firewood is not included in the advertised price but can be ordered for you in advance on request.
