Martinsville Accomodation

Martinsville Accomodation is ideally located on the North East coast of Ireland, 20 mins north of Dublin Airport. Exit at junction 7 on M1 when travelling, north or south bound. It is the ideal stop over location. This apartment has 3 double bedrooms plus a newly refurbished self catering kitchen with modern cooking facilities and one family bathroom. We accept group bookings for all three rooms together and full use of the apartment. If you wish to book the full apartment when traveling alone or in two, you will be charged for all three rooms. You must state when booking that all three rooms are requested as shared bookings are also accepted. We have extra beds and bedding if needed. It is in the ideal location when travelling north or south bound on the M1, particularly for one night family bookings. Free car parking and wifi. On request we can provide a laundry service. Groups can use the self catering kitchen at their own accord. This is self catering accommodation. I am on hand to give tour guide information if needed. Our beach is a gift from mother nature! There is a Tennis club and Golf club near by if guests are interested in playing a game or two. Historical Drogheda is close with its medieval tales of woe. Newgrange is 14km from Laytown and really should not be missed. Laytown train station located 10mins from Martinsville Accommodation is on the main train route both north and south bound Dublin/Belfast journey. We have a private bus service with Mattew's bus direct from Laytown to Dublin. Bus stop is a 3 min walk from accomodation. Ticket info available within accomodation. Drogheda town is located 7miles/ 11km from Laytown. There are buses running in and out of the town 5 times Daily. More information available on request.
